Support for the introduction and continuous optimization of the procurement system Independent system administration and configuration of the procurement system (e.g. processes, approval chains, user roles, adjustment of system parameters and configuration of new functions) Cooperation with IT for ERP integration and third-party systems Creating guidance and documentation for system processes Responsible for system tests, bug fixes, updates and rollouts Monitoring of interfaces and workflows Contact person for specialist key users in support topics as well as implementation of user trainings and preparation of training documents Ensuring the acceptance and use of the system in the company by using an empirical communication form Creation of dashboards, evaluations and KPIs

Completed studies in business informatics, business management or comparable qualifications Experience in the administration of common procurement systems such as Coupa, Ivalua, Newtron Good knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes Experience in requirements management and process analysis to optimize procurement processes Outstanding empirical and comprehensible skills Analytical thinking and proactive, solution-oriented and structured working methods Very good German knowledge in word and writing, ideal also English skills
