Project Manager Plant Engineering and Automation neXt (m/f/d)

Independent planning, control and implementation of customer projects in the fields of systems engineering (welding systems for automotive raw construction) and automation neXt. Central contact for our customers throughout all project phases. Leadership and motivation of the interdisciplinary project team. Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and risk management. Creation, maintenance and presentation of project-related status reports (one-Pager, reporting to management and department management). Definition of project structure, creation of milestones, schedules and coordination with all relevant interfaces. Head of kick-off meetings, internal and external control meetings and review appointments. Active conflict management and solution of resource bottlenecks. Lessons Learned and continuous process optimization. Coordination of suppliers including capacity and cost testing. Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards and guidelines. Creation of project-specific documents, templates, diagrams and structure plans.

Successfully completed technical training, technician or master degree or Studies in the technical field or comparable degree. Multiannual experience in technical project management, preferably in plant engineering or automotive. Embossed understanding of engineering and production processes. Communication strength, enforcement capacity and structured functioning. Safe handling of MS Office applications and common PM tools. Very good knowledge of German and English. International readiness for travel.
