Facility manager (infrastructural building management) with a focus on security and a wide range of FM tasks (m/f/d)

DSV Immobilien Service GmbH & Co. We combine the competencies of the Facility Management and the Event Services of the DSV Group under a common umbrella. As a DSV group-internal full-service service provider, we ensure the building operation at the various locations. We provide the skills and services in three areas of expertise – in infrastructure, commercial and technical building management. In the event service we take over the design, planning and execution of events of all kinds for our customers from the Sparkassen Financial Group, the DSV Group and for the third-party market, including productions and services related thereto. Your tasks:

Planning and administration Responsibility for the creation, maintenance and development of performance directories, performance standards and service descriptions to ensure high-quality and economic performance of infrastructural services

Analysis and development / documentation and follow-up of relevant facility management processes

Service provider control Control, coordination and quality control of external building service providers

Implementation of service level talks and performance reviews

Collection, documentation and traceability of defects and complaint management

Analysis and development of existing services from an economic point of view

Development and implementation of optimization measures

Security, emergency and project management Responsibility for building security, emergency organisation and access and authorization management

Control of safety-relevant measures, service providers and critical events

Management and coordination of multi-site projects and continuous development of processes and standards

Ensuring compliance requirements and controlling relevant stakeholders and reporting

Your profile:

Professional qualifications Successfully completed commercial, technical or infrastructural training, ideally with further training in facility management

Multiannual professional experience in facility management, building operation or in a comparable function

Experience in controlling and coordinating external service providers

Knowledge of building safety, access management and emergency organisation

Safe handling of MS Office and digital management and documentation systems

You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Personal competencies Impressed organisational and coordination capacity combined with high responsibility and reliable and structured working methods.

Strong communication and team capability with a sovereign appearance towards internal and external contacts and willingness to cross-site cooperation.

Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with economic understanding, high self-initiative and pronounced decision-making ability.
