Working Student Activity Personnel Development (m/f/d)

You support our team in the planning, preparation and refurbishment of our training offer and ensure a smooth running in the background. You support the day-to-day operating business, accompany the participant management and share with external training providers and service providers. You are responsible for smooth operations at our presence trainings and are there as an instructor for trainers and participants. You support and administer our virtual learning campus, create meaningful reporting and support in internal communication campaigns for marketing our learning opportunities. You work with us on diverse PE projects.

You are currently studying Business Administration, Psychology, (Economic)Pedagogy, Social Sciences or a comparable degree course – ideally focusing on human resources development You work in a structured, reliable manner and always keep track of parallel tasks in the day-to-day operating business and in the participant management. As a contact person for internal participants, trainers:inside as well as external service providers, you appear open, binding and service-oriented. First experiences with learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms are a big plus. You have the pleasure of handling data and you can clearly prepare key figures for creating reports. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English skills.
