Team leader in production - concrete element manufacturing (m/f/d)

Management of plate and element production with professional and personnel management of a team of about 12 employees (m/w/d). Planning and implementation in formwork construction. Development and optimization of concrete formulations. Control and monitoring of concrete reworking. Technical advice on possible implementation and implementation. Work on projects and development tasks. Further development of concrete products and manufacturing techniques.

Complete training in crafts or a completed master title. (m/w/d) with relevant practical experience are welcome – we work in a structured manner and promote further education. First of all emphasisedechnological knowledge is of advantage. High quality standards, structured working methods and responsible decision-making - you keep an overview even with high workloads.
