Your tasks: Competent, holistic and proactive consulting in the areas of CRM, Customer Data and Customer Contact Management Analysis of complex business processes and system landscapes in the field of customer data and customer contact management, identification of optimization potentials and development of innovative concepts for future solutions Development of detailed use cases and user stories, translation of technical requirements in technical specifications and bridge construction between business and IT (partial) project management and independent implementation of interdisciplinary requirements in national and international projects, preferably in agile ways Moderation and organisation of professional (and technical) workshops with interdisciplinary groups as well as effective stakeholder management Identification of additional consulting needs and recognition of acquisition potentials among existing customers for the continuous further development of our consulting portfolio

Your profile: Completed studies of economics, business management, business informatics or in an adjacent area Insufficient experience in consulting, with an OEM or technology provider Knowledge about sales structures in the automotive environment Practical experience in data-driven products, customer data systems (e.g. Salesforce), database solutions or data protection Embossed team capacity, high load capacity, independent work, high degree of flexibility Very good communication, and presentation skills Very good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as collaboration tools such as Mural, Microsoft Teams etc desirable Very good German and English skills (Business English) in word and writing, as well as further language skills of advantage We are also pleased if you bring: Experiences in project and process management, ideally with appropriate certification More information: The activity is to be filled in full time at the Leinfelden-Echterdingen site at the next possible time and is indefinite.
