Job Description We are looking for an innovative and detailed-oriented Business Process Manager (BPM) to focus on enabling BPM capabilities, creating frameworks for regular requirement and change management as well as planning and structuring discovery and Home Comfort (HC) SMART alignment phases for key transformation projects. This role is essential in shaping efficient workflows, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and laying the groundwork for successful digitization, transformation and roll-out execution.
- As a business process manager you establish and promote BPM frameworks as well as methodologies across the organization, develop and lead a BPM enablement program, including training, resources, and tools for stakeholders at all levels.
- You create and manage a Center of Excellence (CoE) to support BPM practitioners with best practices as well as guidance and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability in BPM practices.
- In addition, you design and implement a structured approach for regular requirement as well as change gathering, analysis, and prioritization across business units. You will interact with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- You develop templates, tools, and processes to streamline requirement documentation and validation and ensure alignment of business objectives and project outcomes.
- For conducting discovery (HC SMART alignment) phases in project lifecycles you and implement defined practices best. You collaborate with project teams to structure phases, including scope definition, stakeholder alignment, and resource allocation.
- You facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, identify risks, and establish a shared understanding of project goals and document as well as findings from discovery phases to inform decision-making and project planning.
- In addition you develop and maintain governance structures to ensure consistency and scalability in BPM initiatives, track and report on BPM enablement, requirement management, and discovery phase metrics to measure as well as identify opportunities for process success and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Act as a bridge between business units, IT, and project management teams to ensure alignment on BPM initiatives. You partnership with leadership to prioritize projects and align discovery efforts with strategic objectives and provide guidance as well as support to crossfunctional teams during the gathering and discovery phases.
Qualifications
- Education: university degree (preferred master) in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in BPM, requirement management, or project discovery phases; proven experience in enabling BPM practices within a complex organizational environment; proficiency in BPM tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Signavio); familiarity with process intelligence platforms (e.g., Celonis, Process Mining,...) and with tools for requirement management and discovery documentation (e.g., JIRA, Confluence); strong analytical and data visualization skills using tools like Power BI or Tableau, knowledge of ERP systems and their integration into BPM initiatives
- Personality and Working Practice: exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, strong leadership and communication abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and a highly organized and detailed working practice with the ability to manage multiple priorities
