As a helper production (m/w/d) in Harburg you start into an environment where clear processes are counted and you are gradually approaching your tasks. In the working hours (3 layers), you support the ongoing production and make sure that individual work steps are implemented cleanly and reliably.

• You take simple activities at the production line and keep the process in mind.
• Work according to work instruction is just as important as careful handling of the requirements.
• You carry out visual checks and pay attention to the consistent quality of the parts produced.
• Materials, components or products are prepared, assigned or forwarded by you.
• In 3-shift operation, you can flexibly enter the ongoing production process.
• Order and cleanliness at work are supported by responsible and structured work.
• If necessary, you will help you pack, sort or stack the finished goods.

• You ideally have first experience in production or want to re-enter production as a helper.
• Work according to work instruction is easy for you and you carefully implement specifications.
• A careful and quick way of working helps you keep well in everyday production.
• For working hours (3 layers) you bring the necessary flexibility.
• You like to work in the team and stay focused on recurring tasks.
• A responsible handling of materials, products and work equipment is obvious to you.
