completed studies ideally with a focus on personnel; alternative commercial training with additional qualification in the field of personnel (e.g. personnel specialist IHK or administrative specialist BL I/BL II) or comparable qualifications in the HR sector multiannual professional experience in human resources ideally in public service preferably with leadership experience well-founded knowledge of labour law (especially TV-V, TV-N, TVAöD, BayPVG) safe occurrence and a pronounced communication strength absolute discretion and a high degree of loyalty team-oriented working and high social competence and sense of responsibility
