Compliance Officer DACH (m/f/d)

Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements in the DACH region Advising employees, executives and business partners on compliance risks, codes, guidelines and SOPs Support and further development of an open Speak‐Up culture as well as support for compliance issues Implementation of compliance monitoring measures and documentation, investigation and reporting of compliance incidents and implementation of the Transparency Code Organisation, implementation and documentation of targeted compliance training Implementation and development of local and international compliance guidelines and processes Participation in risk analysis and the derivation and implementation of appropriate measures Cooperation with internal bodies and contact person for external code organisations and authorities

Complete university studies of economic, natural or legal sciences or comparable qualifications Very good knowledge of the implementation and compliance of local pharmaceuticals Multiannual professional experience in a compliance function with responsibility for compliance programs and control mechanisms Experience in data protection and data privacy, as well as a good understanding of other compliance topics (e.g. anti-corruption, anti-pression) of advantage Written and oral communication skills with persuasive power in German and English Very good, structured and precise documentation capabilities High self-initiative, pronounced emotional intelligence and sense of responsibility Strong organization and project management skills
