Customer Service Manager (m/d) Darmstadt | Unlimited | Full time

You independently provide installation, service and maintenance work on heating and sanitary facilities. You carry out the independent troubleshoot and its elimination. The advice and support of our customers with regard to optimal settings of the allocated customer facilities is yours. Creating qualified service and maintenance reports will also be part of your task. You participate in the regular readiness.

Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (w/m/d) or comparable technical training in the field of gas/water/SHK crafts. Professional experience as a customer service agent (w/m/d) in the private customer sector You are team-ready, independent, solution-oriented and have a pronounced customer-oriented and secure appearance. Driving licence class B (car) Problemless understanding in German
