What your tasks are:

• in our state-of-the-art welding shop you work mainly with manual welding processes
• You implement incoming orders independently and make sure to realize all specifications from technical drawings in the highest quality
• Control of welded components is also your responsibility, while you carefully check them for completeness, dimensional accuracy and quality of welds
• You regularly clean your work area, carry out smaller maintenance under instructions or help with repairs in the team
• In addition, you have the opportunity to gain insights into the operation and programming of innovative welding systems such as robot technology and to work on it at times

What we want from you:

• You have completed training, e.g. as Metallbauer (m/w/d), Maschinenschlosser (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• also with several years of professional experience in one of the mentioned areas and a pronounced technical basic understanding you bring valuable knowledge with
• technical drawings you can read and implement safely
• in the best case, you already have experience with various welding methods such as OW, MAG and resistance welding
• first touch points with robots or cobots are a plus for you, your interest in innovative technologies is particularly welcome.
• You are ready to work in the layer system, usually in 2-shift operation, occasionally also in the night shift
• Good knowledge of German will help you to communicate safely in everyday work
• You are happy to work in the team, take active action and show pleasure in learning new things, especially in the digital and technological environment
• Your craftsmanship, your precise way of working and your technical understanding characterize you
