Development and maintenance of data pipelines with dbt Modeling and maintenance of Data Vault architectures as well as derivation of professional data marts for analysis and reporting purposes Introduction and further development of data quality control processes Close cooperation and communication with departments, cloud architect and data analysts to develop solutions together Knowledge building and transfer in the team, e.g. through code reviews, internal training to dbt and Data Vault

A completed study of (economic) computer science, mathematics, natural science, technology (MINT) or comparable training At least 8 years of professional experience in data warehousing and data engineering Deep knowledge in semantic and logical data modeling with Data Vault 2.0 and in handling modeling tools (e.g. dbt) Expertise in SQL as well as experience with Cloud Data Warehouses such as Azure & Snowflake Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and DevOps processes Analytical Thinking Power – Ability to Understanding and Structure Complex Data Flows Solution orientation – pragmatic handling of technical challenges and focus on feasibility
