You take over the overall responsibility for the Unit Housing with Clear Ownership – economically, strategically, operationally and develop the area profitable and scalable You ensure the overall perspective: living as an integral component of powerful quarters (urban, conceptual, economic and sustainable) – in a close interface with the development of quarters You are economically responsible for the success of the residential projects in the housing sector from concept, planning, financing and approval to realization and handover (focus new building, complemented by stock development) You will ensure a binding reporting on the residential pipeline – internally in the team and at the board level You guide your team and external partners with the right to quality, dates, costs and risk management and make clear decisions

You bring multi-year management experience (disciplinary and/or professional) and take responsibility with clarity and drive Completed study with real estate or Project development cover (e.g. architecture, urban planning, civil engineering or real estate management) You have well-founded experience in the development of housing and quarters You bring strong commercial understanding and tax projects safely along cost-effectiveness, risk and value creation You bring conceptual strength and an integrated quarter view – from residential concepts and usage mix to ESG, long-term economics and quality You are structured, decision-making, communicative – and remain clear and effective even in dynamics
