You bear the overall responsibility for the construction site sequences, the processes and for HSE (including risk and risk assessment for the construction site and ensure the instruction of the construction site team and the contractors' responsible persons). You have a completed degree or a technical degree in construction/engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician/master in construction or engineering).
