As a future team colleague in the field of Inside Sales, you take responsibility for the care and advice of our (inter)national customers in a defined sales area. You are the central contact person, accompany the sales process and work closely with internal departments such as the sales team, logistics and product management to ensure excellent customer support.

In close cooperation with our Sales Managers, you enter a product range from the portfolio of products sold by Mitsubishi Chemical Group You act as an First Point of Contact for our (inter-)national customers, process their concerns and responsible for order processing from the request to delivery and subsequent accounting; including reporting You coordinate delivery dates and communicate with external logistics partners, such as warehouse holders and freight forwarders You can also purchase orders from Asia and the United States for route operations You take care of complaint processing and, if necessary, implement suitable solutions together with the Quality Department You are a central interface for various internal departments such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Quality

You have a completed economic (university) degree, a comparable training or already professional experience in the international sales service or a similar position You are a team player, but you can also work yourself into new tasks Thanks to your organizational stylus and strong numerical understanding, you work structured and efficient You are flexible and open to new processes and process optimization Excel, Incoterms and SAP (S/4HANA) are not foreign words for you?
