Strategy & Operations Manager (m/f/d)

With a safe hand, you will keep your eye on projects and initiatives for the Business Banking & Wholesale Banking Leadership Team and ensure that topics are successfully promoted across countries and teams. You are a direct contact for COO Lead Business Banking & Wholesale Banking and work with it to develop and implement strategic concepts. As an important interface to national and international stakeholders, you bring people, ideas and topics together. You prepare international meetings as well as internal communication formats and provide convincing presentations to ensure that complex content is conveyed clearly, understandably and effectively. Numbers, analyses and reporting are part of the Daily Business: You gain forward-looking insights and derive concrete strategic measures that make the area decisive. With a good eye for details, you evaluate new ideas, create calculations and create the basis for sound decisions. Projects and topics are consistent, you agree closely with teams in Germany and with international business units and make sure that good concepts are successfully implemented. With your view for improvements, you identify optimization potentials in internal processes and help establish more efficient and sustainable solutions. Last but not least, you are an esteemed speaker for a variety of BB and WBS topics and introduces your ideas and perspectives in a variety of questions.

Complete Master's degree, ideally with economic background First experiences in the project work, like in the consulting environment Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel Embossed numerical affinity, business mentality and a good eye for details while simultaneously looking for the big whole Strong analytical skills as well as a quick understanding Strategic thinking and the ability to assess impacts on different stakeholders and derive concrete next steps Structured operation and good time management – also under time pressure Team-oriented, cooperative working and high self-initiative Ready for regular business trips Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Communication strength as well as knowledge of German and English in word and writing
