In doing so, you serve the customers by telephone, personally and electronically as a contact person for all services of the Städtische Bestattung as well as for all resulting formalities. They advise the members of the internal and external service with regard to all necessary steps and individual wishes up to the appointment. This also includes the organisation and implementation of details such as speakers, musicians, floral decorations and other arrangements. Their independent coordination ensures a dignified and smooth implementation of the burial.
