Intensive customer advisor for our Corporate Clients division (m/f/d)

Supporting and managing corporate customers (m/w/d) with intensive support needs – partnership, solution-oriented and at eye level You analyse existing customer relationships with regard to risk assessment and develop sound assessments on the stability of business relationship You evaluate collateral and propose appropriate risk provision measures Developing external consultants (m/w/d) together with your customers You sustainable future concepts You create and monitor action plans, actively support the implementation and provide advice to other corporate customer supporters (m/w/d) in challenging discussions With your view for relationships, you contribute significantly to the risk early detection and stabilization of our customer relationships

Completed banking training, an economic study or a comparable qualification Ideally experience in corporate customer care or in intensive care Knowledge gained in corporate assessment, financing and rehabilitation models and in the analysis of annual accounts Analytical thinking and pronounced solution orientation Negotiation, enforcement and a sovereign occurrence Empathy, communication strength and joy to go new ways together with customers Own initiative and willingness to take responsibility
