You set up production machines and plants and use them professionally You operate, monitor and control the manufacturing machines during operation Through careful setup and adjustment work, you ensure smooth production You perform regular quality controls and document the results according to internal requirements Maintenance and minor maintenance work on the machines You actively contribute to optimizing production processes and avoiding standstills

Complete training as a machine and plant leader or comparable qualification Technical understanding and experience in handling production machines High care and responsibility in everyday work Ready to work in the 3-shift system Physical resilience and good German in word and writing Self-employed and reliable working, coupled with quality awareness
