♪ Your future task:

• Consumption and processing of fault messages and inquiries from the entire customer's work via building control technology, email and telephone in the company's own CAFM system.
• Creation, classification, forwarding and conclusion of interference tickets as well as follow-up according to defined processes and standards in the CAFM system.
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between the different areas, including reporting to the customer and the specialist planners.

Your profile for the service provider (m/w/d) Head office in the technical building management / Porsche factory:

• Complete training in a technical or craft occupation, such as mechatronics, plant mechanic or electronics, is of advantage.
• First experiences in facility management or building technology are helpful.
• Good PC knowledge, especially in MS Office; Knowledge of SAP or other CAFM systems is desirable.
• Class 3/B licence required.
• customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as the ability to work according to process requirements.
• Self-employed, earnings-oriented working methods and readiness to learn.
• Standby to shift service (spring/spring/night) and weekend use according to shift planning (24/7).
• Good oral and written communication skills, friendly, accommodating and yet certain occurrence, even in stressful situations.
