Implementation of the performance-compliant and quality-oriented processing of new construction, rebuilding and development measures and modernisation projects, in particular in compliance with the dates, costs and quality standards with a focus on building fire protection Coordination of construction measures and design and implementation of the necessary interim measures taking into account the ongoing hospital operation Project manager contact for the respective clinical/scientific areas of university medicine Leading processing of all building fire protection topics Preparation of tender documents (ORCA AVA) and preparation and implementation of procurement procedures, including technical examination and evaluation Professional accompaniment and quality assessment of the external planning and engineering offices as well as the exporting companies in all phases of the HOAI Ensuring complete project documentation compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks and compliance with public procurement and contract law

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or architecture or comparable specialist training Comparable (special) identifiers in the described task area Comprehensive, long-term professional experience in the field of construction project management and fire protection, ideally in the hospital environment Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards (such as AHO, HOAI, VOB) Safe handling and knowledge in MS Office 365 Knowledge of SAP PM, ORCA (AVA), Nemetschek (CAD) are desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Economic thinking and the ability to work into new topics in a targeted way Teamability and communication strength Responsible action and high autonomy
