Would you like to introduce your expertise in Know Your Customer (KYC) and take responsibility? Then you are right with us! In this position, you are part of a dedicated team that ensures the complete KYC monitoring process for all customer groups – from corporate customers to institutional customers to banks. Your duties are as follows: KYC Monitoring: You take over the responsibility and implementation of the full KYC monitoring process of new customers in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. Money Laundering Act, Tax Code, Supervision Law). This ensures high data quality. Document procurement: They acquire relevant documents, carry out independent research activities for different customer segments and continuously optimize existing processes. Vote: You will clarify open questions constructively and agree with customer managers and business partners. Data management: They provide audit-proof data management in all relevant systems, including the necessary documentation. Portfolio management: You manage your monitoring portfolio on your own and are available as a specialist contact partner for specific questions.
