Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team for administrative HR IT solutions in the operational Employee Lifecycle Control, coordination and prioritization of project and implementation activities for systems such as SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation, Time & Attendance, Paisy and GeCo Ensuring stable, secure and legally compliant operation of the systems used - incl. Configuration and transfer to operational management Responsibility for the technical integration of payroll and time management solutions and their embedding in the global HR system landscape Cooperation with HR Operations, Payroll Responsive and Adjacent IT Areas to Ensure Error-Free and Regulatory Processes Supporting rollouts, trainings and hypercare phases for the sustainable introduction and usability of solutions Promoting a documented, comprehensible system landscape with clear responsibilities and interfaces Team-wide cooperation and communication with adjacent IT areas and departments, such as consulting, development, implementation, operations, infrastructure, security, integration and BPM Expansion of a documented, comprehensible system landscape with clear responsibilities and interfaces
