Complete studies in logistics, supply chain management or comparable training Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Multiannual leadership experience as department manager or senior area manager of large logistics locations (> 500 warehouse specialists) Multiannual professional experience in e-commerce fulfillment (processes, key figures, success factors, quality, economy) Experience with KPI management, lean methods and change management
