In order to strengthen our team in the construction department in Kiel, we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week) at the next possible date

as a contractor of our shopping centres LPH 1 to LPH 8

You take over the project management in the building on the building site for our renovation projects and rental structures for our shopping centers. You actively control and coordinate the internal and external project participants (architects, specialist engineers, experts, authorities, exporting companies) through the performance phases 1-8. You direct the approval and project management construction. You take over the control of dates, costs and check the quality of buildings. You hand over the construction projects to our facility management.

Complete study of the fields of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering with a focus on construction project management / construction and construction or comparable qualifications Experiences in the construction project management and construction project management preferably in the planning, construction and conversion of shopping centres Found experience in construction and contract management Safe knowledge of the building regulations, HOAI, AHO, VOB, BGB, DIN and technical regulations Secure handling of MS Office and building management software Self-employed, on-time and earnings-oriented work You are constructive, communication-strong, moderating and have a sovereign appearance Class B driving licence, as well as readiness to travel in northern Germany
