As a Process Consultant (m/w/d) you actively shape the future of our process landscape and contribute significantly to

Intensify our Transformation / Processes department.

Tasks

Consulting & development of new (end-to-end) processes: They advise process managers & departments at the

Conception and implementation of new business processes and ensure that these are seamlessly integrated into a sustainable

End-to-end processarchitec

Development of Business Process Management (BPM): You are driving the continuous improvement of our

BPM approach ahead – in particular with regard to governance structures, operating models and the deployment

suitable systems & tools

Stakeholder Management & Enablement in the International Network: They act as a link between global,

regional and local process owners and managers as well as our international subsidiaries.

Contribution to the efficiency & effectiveness increase of the company: You initiate and guide process and

Transformation projects – e.g. to build KPI dashboards or to implement Process Excellence Initiatives

Interconnection with the digital transformation: They ensure a close integration of process development with

enterprise-wide digital transformation programs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Transition, Salesforce Introduction) and

make sure that processes are running

Profile

Complete studies in the field of economics, business informatics, engineering or comparable

Qualifications

Found experience in Business Process Management (e.g. certification) and/or in transformation projects

Knowledge of common BPM methods (e.g.#B. BPMN 2.0) and process modeling tools (e.g.

Management

Embossed communication and moderation capabilities, including in the international environment

Own initiative, analytical thinking and structured working

German and English skills
