Strategic planning & implementation: Development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, CI/CD, image building and lead generation Campaign management: Planning, control and optimization of online and offline marketing campaigns in our target markets Content & Communication: Ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels (website, social media, PR, events etc.) Performance analysis: monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs, deriving measures for continuous optimization Budget responsibility: Planning and control of the marketing budget, efficient use of resources Events: Support for planning trade fair appearances and customer events worldwide Collaboration: Close cooperation with the sales management and the managers of the business units as well as external service providers, agencies and marketing areas in the respective branches Leadership: leadership and further development of the marketing team

Successfully completed studies in marketing, communication or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in marketing, ideally in an industrial company with international B2B Focus Very good knowledge of branding, positioning and campaign management Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEA and social media Analytical and strategic thinking combined with creative feeling Hands-on mentality, self-initiative and pronounced communication strength Safe handling of MS Office and experience in dealing with popular marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) German and English, other languages are advantageous
