As an AI & Data Strategy Expert (m/w/d) at INFOMOTION GmbH, you support companies in raising the architecture and scaling of their data-driven solutions to the next level. Your focus is on the design and implementation of modern data platforms as well as innovative, AI-capable data architectures. You accompany companies in the introduction of scalable data infrastructures and participate in the standardization of architecture batteries for a sustainable data strategy including AI readiness and integration of machine learning components. Specifically, in your consulting function, you are driving the most diverse projects – from the consultation of the Use Cases (applications) including the necessary resources to build a data management platform, through the development of technical architecture (logical & software architecture) to the solution implementation. You also take into account AI Use Cases and their data availability, model training and deployment requirements. In addition, you will integrate current topics and innovative trends (e.g. cloud services, data mesh, sheet-house architectures) with and define associated organizational, process and governance structures with your customer partners, including AI governance aspects such as model responsibility, fairness and transparency. You present results addressable to C-Level level and take over the moderation of customer workshops.

You have a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field. You have at least ten years of experience in the design and implementation of data strategies, data governance or data architectures – ideally in the consulting context and have experience with AI strategies and the operationalization of AI solutions. You have knowledge of modern approaches to data architecture design such as Data Mesh or Data Lakehouse as well as all basic data management technologies and their use for AI applications, such as model training, feature stores or MLOps You will be familiar with the evaluation and selection of leading data and analytic technologies – both for on-premise and cloud environments. You have knowledge of Bereih Data Protection (GDPR), identity management and security aspects in data architecture design, also in the context of AI, e.g. in the processing of sensitive training data or the traceability of decisions. You convince by self-responsibility, flexibility and a pronounced business orientation in the development of AI-Use-Cases with strategic impact. You bring travel and enthusiasm for diverse projects with top companies. Team skills, communication strength and pleasure in coaching and knowledge transfer are of course for you. You have the ability to communicate safely at different hierarchical levels and actively establish relationships and convince with your presentation skills in German and English.
