Perception of the building function, project management and project management of construction measures Own-responsible project work in the field of building technology, among others for technically highly installed laboratory buildings Monitoring of planning and construction services up to acceptance, billing and handover to the user Projecting, planning, tendering, construction management and accounting of measures in compliance with public procurement and contract law assignment and control of engineering offices in new and new buildings, repair and maintenance Monitoring the time and cost framework Organisation and communication with all project participants as well as internal, cross-departmental coordination The contracting entity’s representative in negotiations with contractors and for all project participants

Completed study of the Department of Supply Technology or Building Automation (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) or an adequate degree Multiannual professional experience in supply technology or building automation as well as planning and construction management experience, preferably in laboratory construction Knowledge of the different HOAI performance phases Knowledge of public procurement and contract law (such as VOB, VgV, UVgO, GWB) are desirable Safe handling of MS Office programs Knowledge of the coordination of planning services Negotiation, enforcement and organisational skills Good knowledge of German in word and writing Ability to use large-scale or narrow spaces as well as class B driving licences and the willingness to use occasional service (pool vehicle) in the area of responsibility
