We are looking for an experienced and passionate copywriter (all genders) to join our Creative Team as a copywriter for our Polish market. In this position, you will be responsible for creating compelling, engaging and effective Polish copy as well as translations for a variety of onsite and offsite content formats, all while maintaining the flaconi Tone of Voice. Long & Short Copy: Write and adapt brand and commercial landing pages, newsletters, social media posts (META & TikTok), banners, homepage placements, and app content (e.g., release notes, user-centric copy). SEO & Quality Assurance: Proofread Polish SEO pages from agencies, check and refine shop navigation wording, and ensure all copy meets our guidelines. Collaboration & Cross-Team Support: Work with CRM, Graphics, and Social Media Teams to create localized content. Support various stakeholders with copywriting, transcreation, and translation expertise. Brand Voice & Guidelines: Maintain and develop our Language Guide, Tone of Voice, and wording catalogues to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Fluency in Polish and English. Professional experience in the field of copywriting/editorial writing/translation/transcreation. Ability to create copy that is clear, concise and engaging. Profound knowledge of Polish grammar and spelling rules. Affinity for lifestyle and beauty topics. Great self management skills: ability to proactively priorityitize, manage and complete multiple projects within time constraints and with strong attention to detail. Being a team player with strong communicative skills.

Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 44.000€ and 53.000€ per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
