As a production employee (m/w/d) Gießerei 16,40€/Std you are an important part of our production team. You support the entire manufacturing process and contribute to ensuring that high-quality metal products are manufactured securely and on time. You can expect varied tasks in an exciting and challenging working environment.

Your tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of furnace systems
• Conducting of alloy pull-downs according to prescribed formulations
• Removal and cleaning of the furnaces to ensure trouble-free production
• Discharge of the melt in compliance with all safety requirements
• Operation of the lowering systems
• Support for general activities in the foundry sector
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and compliance with quality and safety standards

We are looking for

For the position as a production employee (m/w/d) foundry €16.40/hd, you will ideally bring professional experience in metal processing and convince by technical understanding as well as a reliable working method. In a challenging production environment, you can also keep track of high work volume and work precisely, responsibly and team-oriented.

Your profile:

• Multiannual professional experience, ideally 3 to 5 years, in metal processing or a comparable industrial environment
• Experience in the operation of furnace systems and safe handling of the associated work processes
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• High physical resilience and willingness to work in a challenging production environment
• Impressed teamwork and independent and responsible work
• Reliability, commitment and high security awareness
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adjust to changing requirements
