You analyze customer interaction and service processes to make optimization potential visible. You translate customer needs into clear technical and technical requirements for modern CRM and service platforms. You support the selection of suitable systems, first set evaluation criteria, and participate in tenders and provider presentations. You customize customer interaction tools, such as routing logics, workflows, automations or knowledge databases. You carry out workshops and interviews with disciplines to understand requirements and develop target images. You document processes, use cases and user stories so that developers can clearly understand how to implement solutions. You accompany implementation projects, test new features, identify sources of errors and work closely with project management, technology teams from MUUH! And the partner support of our software partners. You carry out trainings for key users, administrators and service employees: in order that customer teams can safely apply the new tools. You will evaluate interaction data, identify patterns and guide concrete improvements for processes and systems. You support change and stakeholder management, prepare results and ensure clear communication in the project.

You have a very good university degree, ideally in the field of economics, economic psychology or business informatics. You have first relevant experiences – whether through internships or your previous career path. You want to work in the consulting environment, interest yourself in customer management and have fun in direct customer contact, even with the customer on site . You have very good analytical and communicative skills and convince by a sovereign appearance with pronounced presentation skills. Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Power Point and Excel. You are a team player and communicate with you in German.
