Advice: You are in close contact with colleagues from the stock management, rental and our object managers:inside and offer expert advice As a contact person:in the case of our tenants, you will find technical questions and concerns about the apartments on page Quality management: You control and evaluate the technical condition of our objects and organize necessary repairs and modernizations – from planning to successful acceptance Project reference: You support the regional management and can accompany modernization projects of space and ensure that all works are carried out in the best quality. Coordination of major projects: You take care of necessary building permits and are the contact person:in the case of companies and tenants:in the case of large renovations and projects Damage management: You are in contact with experts:insides, insurance companies and service providers to quickly and efficiently remedy insurance damage

You have completed training as a state-tested (construction) technician, craft training or similar qualification You already have knowledge of the technical management of housing stocks You place a safe occurrence, communication skills, negotiation skills and customer orientation on the day The affinity for processes and the handling of digital tools is of course for you A Class B driving licence completes your profile
