Development of concepts and solutions in the SAP HCM to modernise the system landscape and increase staff efficiency Customizing in the SAP HCM, focusing on PT and PY, as well as implementing technical requirements of the departments Consulting internal stakeholders, monitoring the implementation and management of SAP HCM projects from conception to go-live The analysis, optimization and integration of HR processes, the development of interfaces for a smooth flow of information and the observation of HCM trends is one of your tasks

Complete study of (economic) informatics or equivalent qualification with proven SAP HCM expert Funded knowledge in SAP HCM-Customizing, in particular PT and PY, as well as understanding for integration with other SAP modules You have already gained first project experience (e.g. as part of an S/4 HANA migration project) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
