Draughtsman Reinforced Concrete Construction - Prefabricated Parts / Allplan (m/f/d)

You create and independently process shell and reinforcement plans for our element ceilings and double walls with Allplan. You take the technical detail clarification and develop economical, feasible solutions for our construction projects. As a central contact person, you coordinate technical details directly with architect:inside, planner:inside and the construction site teams to ensure a smooth project sequence. You check the planning documents for technical tuning and compliance with standards and internal quality standards.

You have a completed training as a designer:in or a comparable technical qualification. You bring sound knowledge of reinforced concrete construction and are safe to use a CAD software, ideally Allplan. You could already gain professional experience in the planning of precast concrete parts, especially in the field of element ceilings. A structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as your pleasure in communicating with planners: inside and outside you are characterized. You have very good knowledge of German (at least C1) in order to match you precisely in the team and with partners.
