For our Team Events and Cooperations, we are looking for you as a sponsorship and Partnerships Manager (gn) for a 24-month fixed-term parental representation with option for extension. In this role, you actively shape our sponsoring partnerships, make brands usable and ensure that our engagements are measurable, visible and strategic. For all brands of the Bikeleasing Group, you develop and optimise sponsoring strategies that strengthen our brand positioning You choose, evaluate and negotiate sponsorship partnerships – from the first idea to the final agreement On site, you will arrange for a smooth implementation of our sponsoring activities, for example in the event days, presentations or events, closely linked with the event manager By taxing our internal and external partners, you are looking for smooth processes Your tasks include measuring successes, optimizing sponsoring processes and establishing reporting standards including clearly defined KPIs as well as corresponding optimization derivatives. You continuously test market and competition developments in the sponsoring environment and identify relevant trends, potentials and strategic opportunities In budget planning for sponsoring activities, you support the team and contribute to a clear allocation of funds

Several years of experience in sponsoring management – ideally in the field of sports, brand activation or partnerships Very good negotiating competence, communication strength and a sovereign appearance towards partners High readiness and joy to personally accompany sponsoring activities Strong organizational skills and a structured, predictive way of working Hands-on-Mentality: Ideas not only develop, but actively implement them Communication strength and professional appearance towards partners Enthusiasm for sport, movement and strong brand partnerships Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
