Export / Shipping Clerk (m/w/d)

Our client is a collective company from the manufacturing industry based in Weimar, Thuringia.

In order to strengthen our team in the international shipping site Weimar, we are looking for a specialist export / shipping (m/w/d) in full time, who initially enters the operating daily business of export and shipping processing. Please note that a management function is not provided at the beginning of employment. settlement of export orders including production of all customs and export documentation (e.g. freight documents, certificates of origin, supplier declarations) Ensuring correct use of incoterms, export control and preferential arrangements and settlement via ATLAS Communication with forwarding, logistics service providers, international customers, customs authorities and internal specialist departments Monitoring of delivery dates and ensuring timely delivery in the context of shipping and export logistics Maintenance and updating of export-relevant data in ERP systems (SAP / AEB) Support in compliance with international customs, trade and export regulations

Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman, forwarding businessman, trader for foreign trade (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the field of export, shipping, logistics or foreign trade professional experience in export processing, shipping logistics, international order processing, export control or distribution; Experience in an industrial company Good knowledge of customs and export law as well as experience with ATLAS, Incoterms, preferences and export specifications Secure handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP and AEB Good knowledge of German / English language Teamability, communication strength and willingness to take over perspective leadership responsibility
