Head of Drinking Water Supply Operations (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary management of the drinking water supply unit in Köthen with responsibility for the technical and personnel management of the teams (e.g. network operation, waterworks, pumping stations) Ensuring security of supply and compliance with all legal requirements (e.g. drinking water regulation, DVGW control unit) Operating optimization through continuous analysis and improvement of processes, plants and networks (e.g. maintenance, refurbishment planning, digitization) Budget responsibility for the operating area, including cost control and investment planning Cooperation with internal and external partners, e.g. authorities, municipalities, service providers and other specialist departments (e.g. planning, laboratory, customer service) Emergency Management and Crisis Communication in Disorders or Havarien Ready

Complete study in the field of supply technology, civil engineering (with a focus on water/environment), process engineering or comparable qualification (e.g. master/specialist with corresponding professional experience). Multiannual professional experience in drinking water supply, ideally in a leadership position (e.g. as a company manager, team manager or project manager). Technical knowledge in the fields of water treatment, grid operation, pump technology, MSR technology and DVGW control system is desirable. Leadership with proven experience in personnel management and development. Analytical skills and business thinking to control processes and budgets. Communication strength and negotiation skills in dealing with employees, customers, authorities and partners. Class B driver's licence and standby to carry service vehicles.
