Teamleiter/in IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the further development of the IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap as well as the associated system architecture in close coordination with the IT management. The technical and disciplinary leadership of the IT-Infrastructure team, including employee development, deployment planning and qualification measures, are within your task. You are responsible for ensuring a globally highly available, performant, standardized and secure IT operation (data center, network, base services). You monitor and control the defined IT processes (including incident, problem, change, event and configuration management) within the IT infrastructure team and participate in the continuous process improvement. You define new technology and architecture standards and ensure complete and current architectural documentation. You work out an active stakeholder management against internal IT teams, departments, executives and IT management and tax external service providers and technology partners.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the operational and strategic management of IT service providers and the management of IT projects (ideally in a producing, international environment). You have a very good understanding of IT processes according to ITIL and well-founded method skills in IT project management. Your expert knowledge in the field of network technologies (CISCO), in particular in the areas of LAN and WLAN architectures, location networking, routing and switching concepts and security systems. Your profile will complete your safe handling of virtualization environments as well as backup and recovery concepts in on-premises as well as in cloud scenarios (Azure o.A.). Negotiating German and very good English skills show your communication strength.
