Product Owner – Radiological Information System (RIS) (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the product backlog in GitLab – from prioritization to the description of “ready-to-build”-enabled tickets. Collection, assessment and structuring of requirements of internal and external stakeholders. Planning and control of sprints, releases and roadmap – both strategic and operational. Moderation of target conflicts between stakeholders and escalation to management, if necessary. Definition of acceptance criteria and ensuring product quality in close coordination with QA. Close cooperation with a 7-member development team and other interdisciplinary teams. Continuous further development of the product image (e.g. UI/UX guidelines) – optionally in cooperation with QA.

Multiannual experience as a product owner, business analyst or in a similarly responsible role – ideally in healthcare IT or medical technology. Understanding software architectures, interfaces, technical dependencies and complex workflows. Very good communication skills (DE/EN) as well as pronounced moderation and stakeholder management skills. Advantage: knowledge of radiological processes and processes in German health care. Structured, solution-oriented and proactive mode of operation.
