Leiter Controlling & Treasury (m/w/d)

Our customer is a trading, service and logistics partner for companies that came from the merger of four traditional family companies in 2022. For almost 50 years, the company has been supplying the building services, healthcare, hotel industry, catering & retail, industry & transport as well as municipalities. The product range is supplemented by a wide range of services, such as advice, digital services and training. The company has further locations in European neighbouring countries. Strategic, disciplined leadership of the Controlling & Treasury area including team development as well as continuous further development of professional and disciplined employees Responsibility for the creation and validation of strategic and operational business planning Support of the Management Board with regard to the company’s business management and strategic decision-making and the assessment of investment and acquisition projects (M&A) Future-oriented further development of the controlling instruments to a uniform, automated reporting and planning platform preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts (together with financial accounting) and validation of monthly forecasts; Management Reporting Implementation of cost-effectiveness calculations, target-actual deviation analyses, ad-hoc analyses and derivation of management recommendations Responsibility for all payment transactions Liquidity planning including cash flow management (planning, forecasting, control) and working capital management Creation and development of the Treasury Reporting contacts for banks and financial partners; concerning financing: fulfillment of the covenants, administration, negotiations helpful Implementation of financing projects Support of M&A projects

Successfully completed economic studies, ideally focusing on financial and accounting Financing or comparable training Experience in auditing would be beneficial Multiannual leadership experience in leadership of teams, experience in change management, team player with enforcement capability and corresponding occurrence; Ability to increase the number of teams he has led Strong implementation in projects Analysis capability; rapid reaction and action generation with regard to plan or action Budget deviations related to GuV, balance sheet and cash flow Multiannual professional experience in Controlling/Treasury Reliable experience with corporate financing contracts Wide expertise in the application and further development of current controlling tools In-depth knowledge in cost and performance accounting, as well as in the creation of business cases Knowledge of the development and development of KPIs Experience in handling ERP, reporting, analysis and planning tools (e.g. diamond, Oracle, treasury management systems (Coupa)) Very good English skills in word and writing Strategic thinking and action High IT Affinity, Understanding Datawarehouse Structures and Expert for Power-BI Reports Good accounting understanding i.S.v.
