Holistic patient care: You care and care for infants, children and adolescents with neurological and neuropaediatric diseases and promote their self-employment, development and participation. Individual care planning: You plan, design and evaluate the care process taking into account the respective development stage and the defined therapeutic objectives. Professional patient care: You carry out diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical arrangements and monitor their progress. Sensitive family accompaniment: You advise, accompany and support parents as well as relatives in dealing with the disease and in everyday care. Interprofessional cooperation: You work trustfully with the various professional groups and actively contribute to the further development of nursing concepts and processes.

You have completed training as a nursing professional, health and child care professional (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You enjoy working with neurologically ill children, young people and their families and meet them with empathy, patience and empathy. You bring interest in neuropaediatric disease images and continuous professional development. You work responsibly, independently and structured and are characterized by a high quality awareness. Team skills and joy in interprofessional cooperation are among your strengths. You are open to new ideas and want to actively shape modern, family-oriented care.
