General responsibility for the organisation, control and further development of care and care processes Ensuring high care quality and compliance with all legal and professional standards Leadership, motivation and development of the care and care team Planning and coordination of needs-based personnel deployment Contact persons for residents and their relatives Cooperation with doctors, therapists and other departments Participation in budget planning, cost control and quality management Implementation of innovative care concepts and continuous improvement of care processes Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards Monitoring of external audit bodies (e.g. WTG authorities and medical services) Monitoring of internal audits Organisation and implementation of care visas, employee visas and employee reviews

Complete training in health care and nursing or nursing, with further education for nursing care or a degree in nursing/care science successfully completed High social competence, empathy and communication skills Experience in stationary care, ideally in leading position Responsibility, flexibility and commitment Knowledge of quality management is advantageous
