For this area, we are looking for a management personality with a comprehensive responsibility for housing groups, recordings, crises, aid procedures and professional development. Overarching management responsibility for several residential groups in the stationary area Technical control of recordings, enquiries, occupancy decisions, assistance procedures and crisis situations Participation in stressable decisions in individual cases Human resources management, team development and securing commitment in everyday life Close cooperation in the management team and with the management Part of the function is a changing line availability at weekends, coordinated in the management team

Educational qualification through study or training Experience in stationary youth assistance and help for education Safe look at situations, dynamics and risks leadership experience or a clear, resilient step in leadership Clear communication, strength of decision and ability to act even in crises Conflict stability, liability and professional approach to proximity and distance
