You ensure efficient operation of all properties in the region by ensuring the respective service levels and quality objectives. For this purpose, you will guide the employees in the field of building management, such as employees (m/w/d) in the object management or master. You are coordinating and conducting in the preparation of settlement planning, in the planning of renovation measures and accompany local or in-house relocations. You control and monitor external service providers such as winter, moving and cleaning services as well as inspection, maintenance and repair work. You ensure the safety of buildings and contribute to the safety and safety of work.

You are a specialist (m/w/d) in facility management / building management (IHK, GEFMA, HWK) or you have an alternative job-related specialist training (e.g. real estate specialist or technical specialist) or you have a completed training to the real estate businessman/woman with a multi-year professional experience or you have a comparable qualification (e.g. master qualification in the field of supply technology, electrical, HLKS or). To this end, you have several years of practical experience in management and coordination functions in building operation and/or Object management. You work customer- and employee-oriented without losing economic points from the eye. Ideally, you have basic knowledge of CAD and SAP and very good PC user knowledge of standard software (MS-Office) and CAFM systems. You have a basic understanding of the technical building equipment and have good knowledge in the relevant regulations and regulations such as DIN/ISO, VDI, VDMA, AMEV, GEFMA, occupational safety and environmental protection. You have the licence class B and have a reliable knowledge of German (at least language level B2/C1).
