Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Head of the team in advance
• Regular adjustment with preassembly and production line
• Monitoring of production in terms of quality and delivery reliability
• Continuous process monitoring and auditing
• Leadership, motivating guidance and further development of the team
• Personnel selection, documentation of working hours and production of shift logs
• Implementation of employee-year dialogues

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete technical training with professional experience in an operational management function
• Optimal additional qualification as technician or master:in desirable
• Experience in welding (MAG) required
• Knowledge needed to handle lean management method
