As part of the Reseller Customer Success Team at the Düsseldorf location, you will fully and proactively support our important reseller customers to make their customers even more successful in e- recruiting. You have a completed, commercial training, e.g. in dialogue marketing, wholesale and foreign trade, or as an office businessman/office businesswoman or can present a completed degree (e.g. staff, BWL, VWL, marketing) You have first experience in human resources management, sales, customer service, HR, recruiting or online marketing, ideally in a HR-close or consulting environment Your customer orientation and enthusiasm give the customer the perfect service experience Professional communication skills in word and writing You bring MS Office knowledge, ideally first experience with SalesForce, and can work efficiently on PC
