Project management of construction, maintenance and rehabilitation projects Responsibility for coordination and the provision of time-, cost- and quality-oriented project realization, including regular repor­tations and lectures Control of or communication with internal project participants and departments as well as external experts, authorities, service providers and contractors To ensure compliance with all legal requirements such as building regulations, occupational safety, fire protection, accident prevention and environmental protection

Completion of Higher Education, Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or a completed technical training in civil engineering Multiannual experience in construction or maintenance projects Safe application of VOB and HOAI Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Self-responsible, structured and organised mode of work Communication strength and team spirit
