These tasks are waiting for you as head of the Security Officer unit...

• You play a central role in the security management of Sparkasse Rheine. As an information security officer:r, emergency officer:r and central outsourcing officer:r act as a contact person for the Executive Board and make a significant contribution to the strategic and operational issues.
• They develop the ISMS within the 2nd Line-of-Defense and take into account the regulatory requirements (in particular DORA).
• You are responsible for monitoring, such as audits and report directly to the Executive Board.
• They are responsible for the development and monitoring of the business continuity plan and ensure that critical processes continue in exceptional situations.
• You are also responsible for the initiation and execution of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to prepare for possible failures. You can derive emergency exercises that you plan and accompany.
• They develop our outsourcing management and carry out appropriate control and surveillance activities.

• Based on your training as a bank merchant (m/w/d) You already have several years of experience in IT.
• Ideally, you have experience in the profession, especially in information security.
• You are delighted to develop efficient solutions to meet regulatory requirements.

• They have a strong strategic mindset, a convincing appearance and good analytical skills.
